Audio and layers not locking down in Storyline
Hi,
I have a recorded voice over on my base layer and 7 layers. I have applied variables/lockdown so all 7 layers must be visited before NEXT button is available but the NEXT button becomes available once the audio finishes, meaning the user can move on before opening the remaining layers.
What may be causing this to happen?
First guess is that there is a trigger that makes it available, but that’s just a guess. For a more definitive answer, attach your .story file here, so someone can take a look at it.
Thanks...will double check all the triggers to ensure they are correct. Maybe with a second look I will see what has happened.
May share with you if I can't resolve.
