Base layer sound...
Hello,
I have a slide with sound on the base layer...this sound plays in a layer and I do not want it to. I am not sure how to stop it. I can share the file, but it has to be a private share, thank you in advance.
You can pause or stop the audio sound on the base layer with triggers on other layers as follows:

I don't know what could be the issue then; it is a straightforward action to stop the base layer audio. Did you insert background audio or audio from a file? I don't see your slide setup. Can you share your slide?

Is there a reason you have the same narration from the base layer inserted into the 'Scene 3' layer? If so, you might be selecting the incorrect TTS object to stop. This gives the impression that you are hearing the base layer audio when actually the same audio is playing from the 'Scene 3' layer.
