Does Storyline 360 have a feature built into the player that disables audio from auto playing?
I have had to create custom triggers to disable audio from auto playing but was wondering if there is a setting in the player or software that can disable it automatically.

Hi Sandy,
One thing you could do is set your videos to play when clicked. That would give users a bit of time to adjust their audio settings beforehand. If this is not an option, the custom triggers you referenced are a good alternative.

I'm not sure if the audio you were referring to was within a video. If it is, Brandon's suggestion above should work great. If not, your solution of using a custom trigger to stop the audio is our recommended solution. Here is a screenshot of my trigger set up to accomplish this in case it helps.
