Audio playback problems
I used the text-to-speech function in Storyline for several projects.
In some of the projects, when I publish to Review 360 the audio doesn't play initially. If I navigate forward-back or back-forw...
I am dealer with this issue now. I went to publish in Review, and my presentation froze up after about 2 minutes. I put a case and was told the standard keep files on our hard drive. This didn't fix the issue. Then I was told to try a fix by removing the program, reboot my computer, reinstall the program, reboot again. This hasn't worked either.
Currently I have uninstalled the program, rebooted, installed the July version, rebooted again.
As I write this my presentation is currently running in Published for LMS Review fine, I'm at 15 minutes and 7 slides. I'll send this back to customer support.
