Audio playback problems

I used the text-to-speech function in Storyline for several projects. In some of the projects, when I publish to Review 360 the audio doesn't play initially. If I navigate forward-back or back-forw...

This sounds a little like what I'm experiencing right now. I published the course and it worked fine. Then I made some text edits and republished, now some slides have audio and others don't. If I close and come back, different slides play audio. It works fine in Preview. 

I noticed this on a milder level with another course recently, but it apparently didn't happen to other testers.

    This is currently happening to me also. Different people have sound issues on different slides. It's extremely frustrating as I can't replicate any of the issues on my end.

      It's weird. It works one time and not the next. Or I'll launch in incognito mode and the whole thing works great. Then it doesn't. So I have a ticket in with Articulate and hopefully we can figure it out. Stay tuned.
