Audio playback problems
I used the text-to-speech function in Storyline for several projects.
In some of the projects, when I publish to Review 360 the audio doesn't play initially. If I navigate forward-back or back-forw...
This is currently happening to me also. Different people have sound issues on different slides. It's extremely frustrating as I can't replicate any of the issues on my end.
It's weird. It works one time and not the next. Or I'll launch in incognito mode and the whole thing works great. Then it doesn't. So I have a ticket in with Articulate and hopefully we can figure it out. Stay tuned.
