Audio playback problems
This sounds a little like what I'm experiencing right now. I published the course and it worked fine. Then I made some text edits and republished, now some slides have audio and others don't. If I close and come back, different slides play audio. It works fine in Preview.
I noticed this on a milder level with another course recently, but it apparently didn't happen to other testers.
This is happening to me more and more and it's getting worse. The more audio your course has, the more randomly just doesn't trigger on random slides and it's ONLY on Review 360. Then, if you try refreshing, sometimes it plays. This is becoming highly frustrating, as it is messing up review cycles.

Aaron. At least in my case, the issue appears to stem from restrictions coming through our corporate browser settings. I tested the course in incognito mode and on a personal computer and the audio worked fine. Because of the size of our company, I'm not able to just call someone in IT Security to talk about the browser settings (and I don't have bandwidth in mid-project), so I needed another solution.
I finally tried regressing back to older versions of Storyline until the problem resolved. In my case (not sure if everyone has the same versions) it was version 3.106.35891.0, released on December 8, 2025. So the issue definitely stems from a change Articulate made to the software and how it interacts with our security settings. My solution is not great, as I have no idea what improvements I'm missing with the latest versions, but at least I'm able to finish my work, share it for review, and compile to publish.
