Audio/Video Pause and resume

Hi all - I would appreciate some guidance. I'm developing a storyline micro scenario. The goal is to play the scenario, which includes audio on the timeline. At some point, a question box appears on the screen. I want to pause the timeline to allow the learner to answer one of the multiple-choice responses from here. The layer provides feedback to the response. Here is my dilemma: I would like the timeline to resume where the timeline was initially paused. However, the timeline does continue, but the audio does not. Despite everything on the timeline taking place, I am not certain what I am missing Please assist. I've added the course below.
