Avatar not showing up on one slide

Hey Robert! Your variable for Abi's name (nameAbi) is set by default to true, which is what's breaking it. Change your default on that variable to false and you'll be all set.

I may have not explained correctly it is the "set state of Character 6 to normal if variable ABI= value true" that should show the character on the slide.

I changed the variable name to Abi for "Sylvie character" when I set up the variables. Like I mentioned if you choose the Abi character in first slide, she will show up in slide two, but not in slide 3.

This is what I see when I preview it. Looks good to me. It may be possible that your browser is showing a cached version in preview. Try a different browser, or view it in a private or incognito window.

That may be it. It will make me really mad after all the time I spent trying to figure it out though :)

Thanks for the information Walt. I tried your suggestion, additionally I loaded into review 360 and viewed as part of a larger Rise 360 course I am creating, as well as viewed sequence inside the Storyline App. 

It is still not showing the Character Sylvie (variable: Abi) in the third slide. As before, this is the only character this is happening with.

I am attaching a video of what I see on my side, in hopes it helps find a solution.

Kelly,  TY for the reply. I just posted another post on some additional issues. I did do a support case and they just did the recommended turn off UAC, which I cannot get admin approval to do, uninstall, makes sure net 4.8 is checked and reinstall. still same issues.  May be crazy, but all my issues seem to revolve around the Sylvie character, even freezing when making multiple state adjustments.

What is the next level of support. Our company had articulate here when I took over enablement.  I am very frustrated as some of the issues I have run into thus far, beyond learning how to use a new tool.  Even more so, is the delays it is causing in pushing out new content and not have any real explanations of why it is happening. With all of the issues, I am beginning to question whether this is the right software to rely on for mine and my teams usage.

Just need to know how to use the platform and not have it freeze multiple times an hour when adjusting character states.
