Background audio not appearing in triggers
Hi team,
I've been playing around with background audio and saw that you can allow learners to trigger it on and off. I can't seem to see my audio background in the media list when building a trigger though (it shows this in an article online here). Does anyone know the reason why it might not be popping up (or am I just jumping the gun and there might be bugs as it's quite new)? I have hidden the controls of the Modern player, but I've tried it with on and it makes no difference.

It sounds like you hit a snag when adding a trigger to control the background audio from your Storyline course. I'd be happy to help with that!
In order for the background audio to appear as an option within the triggers panel, you would first need to create a Background Audio playlist. Once the playlist has been created you should be able to control the background audio with triggers.
