Block Template in Rise 360 not working

I went to use a block template that I created in another course and it never downloads.  I do work in a team environment. I haven't had this issue before.  It loading icon keeps going in circles.

    Thanks for reaching out! Does this also happen when you are creating a new Rise Block Template? 

    Our team is currently looking into this, and as a quick workaround, I can share that refreshing the webpage should resolve this issue. 

    Please give that a try and let us know if you see any changes!

      Yes, it happens when creating a new template. Refreshing the page worked. Thanks.

  • Multiple block templates that I've created. Refreshing, rebooting, nothing is working.

    I have to rebuild from scratch and then copy the template within the course for now. Much slower.

      It looks like you've also opened a support case and connected with my colleague Matthew. I see Matthew replied to your e-mail sharing that our team has found a fix for this issue.

      If refreshing the browser and inserting your custom block templates is still giving you trouble, please let him know so he can continue troubleshooting with you.

  • To be clear, refreshing the webpage did NOT fix the issue. Even switching browsers, closing/opening browser windows, and the overnight reboot of the whole computer did not.

    Can the solution for this be provided here or should I open a support case? I have a couple of content developers now reporting this issue.

      It appears that a fix was rolled out for some of the issues reported here.

      If you continue to encounter issues from your end, I would recommend opening a support case here so that our Engineers will be able to investigate further and help you troubleshoot the issue.

  • I'm having the same issue. I've tried refreshing the browser and clearing the cache on Chrome, but no improvement. It works for courses that I've built from the start, but not in a course in a team folder that was begun by somebody else.

  • This is happening to me today 12/2/2024 and last Tuesday 11/26/2024, Can someone please fix this?
