Blurry thumb slider
Hi Team, I am currently having an issue with thumb sliders in storyline 360. It seems that no matter what the quality or size of image is that I import, when I use the 'picture' option for a thumb when creating a slider, the image used goes blurry, to the point where it is unusable (in the image I have attached, there is a standard slider at the bottom and a red arrow pointing to the image used as a thumb).
I have made sure I have imported it at full quality, the thumb is expanded to fit the height of the track and storyline is up to date (I have also tried using the fix of setting the image to 'visited' - and every other option from all the threads related to this). I would appreciate your help with this as it is currently blocking a project I am working on.

Hello Alex!
So sorry for the hold this is causing in your project! We do have this logged as a software bug where slider thumb pictures are blurry in HTML output. It's not currently being worked on since we've prioritized other bug fixes for upcoming releases. However, I'll reach out to our team to see if we have an update on this bug. I'll keep you updated in this discussion.

Is there a resolution to this yet?
Hi Lauren-Franza!
Thanks for checking in on this!
Our team shipped a fix for this bug in an earlier version of Storyline 360. When testing a Slider with a custom thumb image published to the Web, I did not observe any blurriness during playback.
No worries. I'm happy to help troubleshoot and have some follow-up questions to start:
- Does the blurriness occur across all images used for custom slider thumbs, or just one specifically?
- Does your slider thumb appear blurry when previewing the course, or after publishing to Review 360?
- Have you tried performing a repair of your Storyline installation to see if that improves the issue?
If you're comfortable sharing the files you've been working with, we'd love to test them on our end. Feel free to upload those items here in the discussion or privately in a support case.
Looking forward to hearing from you!
