Broken Links

I'm looking for a way to search for a URL in a hyperlink created in Rise or Storyline. In this case, I know the link is no longer valid, so I would like to replace it with the valid URL.

    I can't think of a quick way. I guess I would print to PDF/Word > open in Acrobat Pro > Tools > Links > View Web links, but you'll have to do this for each page.

    Thanks for sharing your use case. I can definitely see how helpful it would be to have a way to search for and identify hyperlinks across a Rise 360 or Storyline 360 project, especially when updating broken or outdated URLs.

    Thanks as well to ChrisHurst-1ed0 for chiming in with a workaround suggestion.

    Right now, there isn’t a built-in way to globally search for or validate hyperlinks in either app, so links typically need to be located and updated manually.

    I’ve shared your feedback with our product team.

    That’s a great point to raise, especially for courses with a large number of resources or external references.
