Browser Screen Flashes Between Slides

Hi all,

When playing a published Storyline 360 project (v3.3.9986.0) in a Chrome web browser, I experience a single brief white-screen flash when I move/navigate between the slides/screens.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

      Unfortunately I don't see an edit button on that particular post, :(

      However I do have edit on other posts. 

      Maybe you can completely remove that post ?

  • It's no worry on our part, Rhonda. We like to leave the users in control of their content. I took a look and it appears that you created a different profile, which is where that single post exists.

    I am happy to share some great news! We fixed the issue reported where:
    HTML5: Intermittent flickering when changing slides on a screen recording Try mode in Chrome.

    Be sure to install the latest Storyline 360 update (Build 3.50.24668.0) to take advantage of all the recent features and fixes. 

    If the problem happens again, please let us know, or you can always work directly with our support engineers here.

  • Nope, still not working.  I updated my storyline and still have that terribly distracting grey screen flash between slides changing.  In the old flash versions of a project, there was no grey screen, only a 'working' symbol like the three dots you see on this one... but no silly distracting greyout screen..  I've submitted a case, but you guys really need to get this in an acceptable format.

      I'm sorry to hear you're still seeing this! I see you have a case open, and our team is currently investigating to get to the bottom of this.
