Button icon problem in storyline360
Hello,
I am having a problem using icons on buttons in Storyline 360. The button looks OK in edit but when previewing the page the icon changes colour or moves alignment, covering text. Seems to be quite random - even for the same button, sometimes it works sometimes not. Anyone any idea what is going on???

Hard to tell just from looking at examples. Button icons have settings for alignment and color. Perhaps the settings didn't get properly assigned to all of the states? So check each state.
If that's not the problem, well, then it's "unexpected behavior." In that case, I suggest you submit a case directly to the Articulate staff. You can do that here: https://access.articulate.com/support/contact

Hello, I had to remove the icons as nothing suggested seemed to work on the buttons I already had. I suggest you submit a case to get the articulate staff to look at it. I recreated projects from scratch and avoided using the different themes, plus ensured projects and published files were not on network drives and that seems to have been ok for new development.

Thanks for replying Judy. I didn't change the icon in the states but I did try removing all states to try to pare everything back. Still had the problem and it seems to be quite random. I'll do as you suggested.
