Calling a Web Object from Storyline

Question

When calling a web object from my course I get an error. I'm trying to open a Word document in SharePoint. I created a SP site available to all users with read only access but when accessed after publishing the course, it says "[company].sharepoint.com refused to connect."

I've asked random colleagues if they can go to the site and open the files and they said yes.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
