Can we make the Zooming effect in Storyline slower?
Hello Friends,
I dont know if this problem was raised before and if it was answered. I have a doubt while using the storyline. I am more fascinated by the zoom region option in it. But even if I extend the zoom time to whatever duration, it seems zooming in the same pace only. can we make the zooming speed slower. Zoom to an object very slowly. That's what I need.
Any help?

On the slide not the timeline, should be there

I agree with you.
However, it's not there (as shown in the attachment.)
Perhaps this is a 360 bug??? Anyone else having the same issue?

Ahhh, it works when you are NOT on the timeline.

I'm also using the zoom feature for a project but I want it to zoom in much slower than the "very slow" option. It would be great to be able to give it timing feature of how long the zoom should last/control the speed.
Hi Sarah,
Thanks for reaching out and sharing how you would like to use the zoom in your project.
I've submitted a feature request on your behalf for our team to take a look.
I wanted to share some information about how we manage these feature requests as that may be helpful.

Another request here - this seems to have been on the cards for over 5 years. We have some professionally designed powerpoints where the background grows very slowly and it is really effective - giving a slide just a hint of movement. Of course, i'd like the same effect in my courses!

+1 from me for a highly configurable zoom control feature!
Like @Adam Bayliss, I want a very slow, gentle zoom that adds subtle movement. Not even the 'very slow' zoom option in SL360 gets close to it!
I can't help feeling Articulate is falling behind other software when it comes to animations and transitions!

Unfortunately, Articulate Storyline grows more and more stale as a development tool. No significant developments that makes it a better program to create courses in.
