Can you speed up the player in Articulate 360?
I don't think this has been possible before, but can a user speed up the audio on the player in 360?
Hello Everyone!
I'm happy to share that we have released Storyline 360 version 72 (Build 3.72.29654.0).
Included in this release is a new feature where you can let learners explore at their own pace by choosing a course playback speed between 0.25x and 2x.
Now all you need to do is update Storyline 360 in your Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer. You'll find our step-by-step instructions here.

Speeding up video or audio in Storyline with Javascript is actually quite easy. Biggest issue however is the timeline bar that isnot in sync with the updated speed of the changed values. Trying to fix this now.

I echo the same feature. Many of our learners' requests speed up 1.2x or 1.5x playing speed. I hope Storyline implements it in the near future.

No, that's not currently possible. I'm curious as to why you'd want them to be able to do that. Care to share?
some learners would like to be able to speed up the narrator. we've had feedback that the pace is too slow (for some).
I'd also like to throw my hat into the ring on this issue, to follow development progress on it and weigh in on it.
I represent the engineering team at a premier educational platform for medical professionals, and our customers are clamoring for a way to play audio/video at different speeds, and also have the option to toggle between manual slide navigation and autoplay.
Articulate working this into its product roadmap would be more than welcomed and appreciated by its direct and indirect customers alike.

Variable playback is essential.
I like to do that myself when watching video tutorials on youtube or listen to podcast.
i hope the feature vill come to articulate as well. Adobe Captivate has it...
I am adding my voice to this feature request. We really need the ability for our learners to be able to adjust the timeline speed up and down.

You can now do this to videos inside of Rise. This was released recently.
