cannot install my articulate trial
Hello everyone!
I am having issues installing my trial of Articulate 360 on my PC. the installation process just runs for a while (an icon appears on a desktop) and then stops, says finish (the icon disappears). If it matters, I do it on a second PC. It worked perfectly with the same account on the previous one. Is this something about account or a file? Please help, my worked has stopped because of this :(
PS: two times I saw error message: MSICAE6.tmp is not a valid Win32 application. The other time it wasMSI363A.tmp

Sorry to hear that you ran into this snag.
I'd like to ask a few questions to help clarify your experience:
- During the installation on the affected computer, did you run the installation using administrator rights?
- Were you able to install all available Windows updates prior to installing the application? If not, please make sure Windows is updated before retrying the installation.
- Have you tried manually installing the application using our installers? If not, you can download them here.
If the issue persists, open a case with our support team here so we can take a closer look at what's happening.

Hi Joe! Thank you so much for your quick response. It works! The computer was brand new and presumably was still working on updating windows. After I noticed a notification and updated windows, Storyline got installed in a moment.
