Cannot install Storyline 360
Hello all,
I am hoping to find some guidance...
I was directed to first install the articulate-360.exe app on my Windows computer.
However, upon launch, I am greeted by a log in request, followed by a message, "You're being redirected to your web browser to sign in."
Nothing else happens. I have tried relaunching the app, I have restarted my browser (Chrome), I have logged in and out of Articulate online, I tried a different browser (Edge).
Uh... never mind, the community discovered that the solution is to change your default browser to Edge!

After more than 2 years, the Articulate folks haven't bothered to fix this bug? We should not have to change our default browser just so we can install Storyline!

I'm sorry to hear about your experience with installing Articulate 360.
I use Google Chrome myself to authenticate the Articulate 360 Desktop app and have had no issues with it so far. Since Chrome isn't working with your Desktop app, please follow the steps in this article to remove Articulate 360 from your computer and reinstall it using admin privileges to see if this fixes the issue. You'll also want to ensure that you don't have any browser extensions installed on Chrome that could block the redirect from the desktop app, such as anti-malware browser extensions.
