Error message for newly installed Storyline
Hello!
I just installed Articulate 360 and Storyline last night. As I was getting started this morning, almost every time I try to preview a slide, I get an error that Storyline might shut down. I retried about 7-8 times, and I moved everything to my local folder and restarted my computer in the process. The error continued.
Based on what I have seen online, it seems I should uninstall and reinstall Storyline. Due to institutional restrictions, this process will take a long time. Is there any other way to address this error?
