Can't open Storyline on my laptop
I have been using Storyline on my laptop for a few months now and today when I tried to open the Storyline file that I am working on it keeps directing me to sign in and then gives me a "Waiting to install Articulate 360 message". But doesn't ever open. I let it wait to install for many hours with no progress.
Any advice?

I see that you've already opened a support case. Great move! It looks like my colleague Amlan picked it up and replied to your e-mail with some troubleshooting steps to try. I'd suggest giving those a shot to see if that does the trick!
