Can't publish any Storyline project

Question

Does anyone know why Storyline does not allow me to&nbsp;publish&nbsp;Storyline projects? I am trying to publish it but it keeps saying: The folder "*******" is read-only, used by another process or you do not have the correct security privileges to access this resource. I am on a critical deadline with this and I don’t know what to do.
