Can't Sign In, Pushed to Microsoft Edge (not the default browser)

I have coworker who's already reached out to support and tried all the other previous solutions mentioned for an error she's receiving. When she tries to open Articulate 360, so she can download the app, she gets the error that she needs to sign-in.

Weirdly, when she clicks on the button to sign-in again, the Articulate webpage opens in Microsoft Edge, which isn't her default browser. It shows her as already signed in, even though she said she's signed out from that browser. We've read through the June 2020 help article about having trouble signing in. She uninstalled and re-installed the program and restarted her computer, as Articulate help instructed her to. But still nothing. Any other ideas on how to get the app to work, so she can download Storyline 360?

    HI Leslie McKerchie,

    In our organization none of the employees can sign in Articulate desktop app with default edge browser But Articulate desktop app sign in works with default IE/Chrome/Firefox

    We have tried below troubleshooting steps but still the issue remains
    -Articulate desktop app uninstalled and installed
    -Installed latest desktop version of articulate September release 1.56.26145.0
    -ApiCache Folder deleted under the location C:\Users\USER\AppData\Local\Articulate\360\ 

    Sent email to Articulate Support [support@articulate.com] they are confirmed that this is Articulate desktop app sign in bug with Edge browser

    Can you help me? if fix available for this bug

        Hi Becca Levan, 
        In my organization Articulate desktop apps sign in issue with default edge browser from more than 6 months [Case #02779485]
        Suddenly it was working from yesterday afternoon onwards; Now our articulate users can sign in articulate desktop apps with default edge browser. 
        Not sure how this issue fixed, but its working for us now.
