Caption Preferences Remembered

Hi friends!

I recently had an accessibility review conducted by my IT team for a course I am publishing with Ariculate Rise.

Here is their feedback: 

The video player does not remember users’ caption preferences. If users have already selected English captions, subsequent instances of the video player should remember this preference.

My question: 

Is this possible? I have uploaded six MP4 videos along with a caption file; however, learners must select their preferred caption setting for each video.

    Thanks for sharing your voice with us! Currently, the Rise video player doesn’t remember learners’ caption preferences across videos. Learners will need to select their caption setting for each video individually.
