Changing label on a Process block

Hi, I'm looking at the 'Providing Exceptional Customer Service' course that is available on the Rise dashboard.  I notice your Process blocks have customised labels, eg 'Reason 1, Reason 2' or 'Best Practice 1 etc'.  How do you do that?
