Changing label on a Process block

Question

Hi, I'm looking at the 'Providing Exceptional Customer Service' course that is available on the Rise dashboard.&nbsp; I notice your Process blocks have customised labels, eg 'Reason 1, Reason 2' or 'Best Practice 1 etc'.&nbsp; How do you do that?

Hi Tina,
I understand you'd like to edit the Step Label. You can do this by selecting Format&nbsp;and editing the text under Step Label. Here's a brief demo.
