Changing text from the Feedback Master

I'm still running through this issue, I have created a feedback master with Arabic words, and only can get either the details "Text Title, Text feedback" or "Correct and incorrect" layers.

I don't know if I understood you correctly, but you may find this useful:
Storyline changes the language on certain elements in the Feedback Master and triggers from the Player-setttings. I know it may not make much sense, but that's how it's set up.
If you go to the Player-settings -> Text Labels (top menu) and then change the language from the drop-down menu to Arabic:
