Characters and Poses

Is there any way to create new characters and poses? where can you find the characters to edit? what format are they in?

Thanks

  • If you need characters beyond the set provided in the Articulate Content Library, the best option is to subscribe to another asset library.

For example, eLearningArt (https://elearningart.com/ ) has a nice selection of cut-out characters in a wide range of poses. And their pricing is quite reasonable.

Search the web, and I'm sure you'll find other options for both photographic and illustrated characters.

Can you import as characters or do you have to use individual images and replace poses?

eLearningArt characters are provided as downloadable PNGs. You'd import a character's image just like any other picture. To change poses, you would have to import a separate PNG, though you can keep the position and such by using the "Replace Picture" function to do that.

All I am looking for is characters that are sitting without wheelchairs or desks ... I don't know why Articulate didn't create characters in this pose. Do you know if the characters on eLearningArt have characters in a sitting pose?

Yes, they have characters in sitting poses. I suggest you check their website to get details about their products and pricing.
