characters in RISE 360 scenarios not loading in LMS
Hello Jose,
I have done the troubleshooting you asked for and came up with the answers below in blue that do not solve the problem for this particular course:
1. When you run a network speed test on your browser, what internet speeds are you getting? Is the issue happening on all browsers? On my computer and with my internet, the speed is not optimal, however with the LMS's browsers (Edge and Chrome) in KY, she has strong speed and bandwidth and still has the same issue. We can expect the users of this course to have varying degrees of speed and access, so it needs to work as well as possible no matter the circumstance/location
2. What happens when you view your course using incognito or private mode, does this make a difference with the loading speed of the characters? In private and incognito this still happens on this particular module.
3. Are other members of your organization experiencing the same slow loading issue, or is it only happening on some machines? yes
4. Are you able to replicate the behavior on a new Rise 360 course? I looked at another course with my LMS and there are no problems with the scenarios.
I had shared a link to the module so you can view it like a learner would. You will find the scenario in the "911 Emergency" lesson.

Please advise.
Thank you!

Hi Carrie,
I tried your Share link and the characters in the "911 Emergency" lesson loaded quickly and without any problems for me.

Okay, thank you. I will try simply uploading these onto the LMS again.
