Yes! it belongs to storyline 360, i am finding same issue in 360 as well. PFA files.

Sorry, you're running into this issue with characters! You can fix this by turning on accessible text. I've created a quick  2-minute demo walking through how to turn on the accessible text variable. I've also attached the updated project to this reply!

The Mangal only show well when editing but when you Publish, it corrupted.
