we have course with 3 languages(English, French & Spanish). we have created a [language wrapper and made single Scorm package. when we launch the course with English and close and launch Spanish language, upon clicking resume i got the below error. if i launch the Spanish language 1st, the course was loading.

It looks like the screenshot didn't come through. Do you mind attaching it again?
Also, do you see this error in your LMS? If you think this might be related to your LMS, then you might consider testing your course in a testing LMS like SCORM cloud to see if the same behavior occurs there. If not, this error might be isolated to your LMS.

Thank you for attaching the screenshot and testing the course in SCORM cloud. It looks like the screenshot is of the Spanish course loading. Can you share what the error message is that appears? To clarify, did the error appear in SCORM cloud?

Is this a new Scorm package language switch - or was it already in use in another project?

The Console is always full of error messages. What would be really helpful to know is:
1. When you try it in SCORM cloud, what happens? Does it load the French version? Does it not load anything? Does it send you an error message?
2. Do you get a blank screen, or an actual error message? If so, what is the wording of that message?

when we tested the package in Scorm cloud, only the Spanish language was not loading and other 2 are working properly.
Yes, when we select the Spanish language a blank screen appears with accept button, upon click nothing happens and we don't have such page in the course.

Would you be willing to share a copy of your project files here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at what's happening? I'd like to compare them to see if there is anything different with your Spanish language course that might cause it to not load properly in your LMS. We'll delete them when we're done testing!
