Team slides and slide masters why all the duplicates
When using Team slides that contain the same slide master why does a copy of the slide master appear per each imported slide rather than reusing the slide master that exists? Does anyone know if there any way to fix/prevent this?
I know if you import all the slides you think you may need at once there is only set but when working through a course sometimes you won't know what you need until you get there.

I understand importing multiple slides that share the same Slide Master layout is causing duplication in Storyline!
If you've confirmed that you are working locally, and a repair of your Storyline installation doesn't change the behavior, seeing a screen recording of the issue would be helpful. Do you mind sharing that here in the discussion or privately through a support case?

I did a reinstall and I'm not noticing duplicates of the master slides being downloaded per slide from the Team slides.
But this behaviour happens when the same theme is the default in Storyline when a Team slide is added a duplicate of the Slide master is downloaded.See recording:
