Classe 365 - Problem importing SCORM file

Has anyone else had difficulty exporting a SCORM file to Classe365?

I can export the same files (SCORM 1.2) successfully to other LMS platforms, but for some reason Classe365  is giving me problems

    It's been 2 months and still waiting for feedback.

      Hi SRichard,

      Thanks for following up and sharing that message from the LMS team. I checked your case and saw that Luiza replied on September 23 with some next steps and a request for a couple of files to help troubleshoot further. It’s possible her email didn’t reach you.

      Could you check your spam or junk folder for a message from support@articulate.com? If you don’t see it there, no worries. I’ve also alerted Luiza about this, and she’ll reach out again to make sure you get her message and can continue the troubleshooting process.
