Closed Caption Button Preview vs. Published icon

I've built a course with mulitple slides, each havging an embeded MP4 video playing on it. And I've added the SRT Caption file to each video/slide. I've also enabled the Captions icon in the player ...

Hello Miles, 

Sorry to hear that you ran into this snag. 

I tried to test the behavior on my end but the Closer Caption button displayed properly for me regardless of which theme I use. 

As a troubleshooting step, try resetting your Player settings here to see if this helps.

 

If the issue persists, you can do a repair of your Storyline 360 installation to correct any possible installation related issues that might be the cause of the behavior.
