Closed Caption option in Replay?
We need to provide a closed caption option in our videos and prefer to publish quick tutorials in Replay as an mp4 vs. imbedding the video into Storyline. We don't see any option in Replay that will allow for closed caption or a Notes view like Storyline has. Is there a way to provide captions in Replay?

Currently, there isn't a closed caption feature in Replay. We're tracking requests for one, so I'll surface your post to my team.
For now, we recommend:
- There is a lower third feature in Replay, which is similar to closed captions. Here's how to add one.
Note: The title field is limited to 200 characters, and you won't be able to turn them off. - If you're using Articulate 360, you can import the video into Storyline 360 to use its robust closed caption feature. Check it out!

I would love to see CC in Replay as well. I want to transition some trainings into Microlearning and using Replay would be perfect for that. Love Articulate 360!

We don't have any new updates to share regarding this feature request, but we'll be sure to let everyone know if this features gets added to Replay 360.
For now, you can check out the alternative solutions posted by my colleague to see if one would be a fit for your needs.
Please add the closed captioning feature! This should be done sooner than later as this feature is essential.

Yes, please. I think Replay would be an excellent way to capture some tutorials I need to create, but we have a mandate to make training content as accessible as possible, which includes close captions.
I would like to request the closed captions feature in Replay too - it's a key requirement in making content accessible. Thanks.
