Closed Captioning button disappears when browser page is refreshed
Hello,
I've seen a few older discussions about this, but not any that really have solved the issue. I've created a video with CC, and saved it for Web. The CC button is there the first time I play the video, but if I refresh the web browser, then the CC button disappears.
Weirdly, if I refresh the browser 5 or 6 times, the CC button will reappear.
This is an important video for my institution and it needs CC. I appreciate any help. Thank you.
