Closed Captioning not showing in published video version

I have looked through threads but need help. I captured slides, included Text to speech and audio.  When published as video, closed captioning not appearing nor does any player conttols. Any help?

    Publish as Video will not have any Player controls.  It will be published as an MP4.  Did you also add Closed Captioning when you added the Test to Speech Audio?
