Closed Captioning wish list

I do a lot of Closed Captions and I have some issues that could be relatively easy to fix.

The first being that the play button is up top, where as the captions to be edited are on the bottom. It would be very helpful if there was a "Play" button AND a "Pause" button located down by the Closed Captions themselves. Right now, I need to go up to the top of the page to play and down to the bottom of the page to edit.

Secondly, I do not like the "auto" play feature every time I go into edit a CC. Usually I need to edit small portions so I do not need to here the CC played over again.

Thirdly, When the CC is Auto Playing, I can not edit the text as it is playing, as usually the cursor jumps to the end of the CC I am editing and the portion I am editing is now typed after the end of the CC.

Additionally, the "space Bar" usually set to "Play" in most other programs does nothing. I have to manually (again) go up to the top of the page and hit "Play"

Here here! The interface for editing closed captions is not intuitive and actively works against the editor.
