Closed Captioning

Hi I am adding closed captions to an e-learning for the first time... great function - very easy to use! However the text has a black outline which depending on the background and text colour mak...

This thread is 5 months old now, but the issue of the black outline around the text is still not resolved. I want to use black font on a light background, but can't because of the 'fuzziness' of the text. WHEN will this be fixed? Thanks.
