Closed Captions do not appear on video after upload

I'm also having the same issue. It works fine it I take an MP4 that was created in zoom and then upload captions. But if I take an MP4 that was created in Camtasia it doesn't work.  The CC button is shown in Rise but no captions appear.

    Hello

    I submitted a case 03039688 and uploaded the mp4. However your system would not allow be to upload the VTT file.

        However I never heard from Rowie.

        Can someone help me with my issue?
