Closed Captions in Full Screen not working

Thanks for reaching out, Mark. Tell me more about the video you're using: is it embedded from the web, or is it uploaded to your slide as a MP4 file? 

Also, are the captions part of the video, or did you use the closed caption built-in editor to add the captions yourself?

If you can help me with a few more details, I can try and recreate this in a new file. Thanks!

The video was a capture from Articulate Replay. The captions were created using the closed caption built-in editor.

I've the same probleme with a MP4 film from Replay 360 and caption from the built-in-editor.

Hi, is there any update on this?  I have the same problem - I used Storyline 360 to record screen and audio at the same time.  If I set it to play in current slide, captions are available, if I change to view in new browser window, captions disappear, as does the captions button.
