Hi NancyMiranda,
Sorry to hear that you ran into this issue. We are currently tracking a bug in Storyline 360 that causes closed captions to stack on top of each other when using the seekbar to scrub through the timeline. Would you mind confirming if this is what's happening in your case so we can add you to the bug report? If you're experiencing something else entirely, please open a case with our support team here so we can request a copy of your project file for testing.
Hi Jose:
I have opened a case with Articulate. I have also done some more testing and have somewhat pinpointed when it happens.
Lets say I have a video that is 3 minutes long and there is narration in those 3 minutes. I extend the video, and overlay the uploaded narration. That's when the two closed caption lines appear. This only happened after the latest update to Storyline 2025. See image attached.

Hi NancyMiranda,
Great call opening a case with us! I see that you're working with our colleague Carlo. You're in excellent hands!
I appreciate you sharing the testing updates in this thread. I'll share this with Carlo so he knows what you shared with us here in the community.
We'll continue the conversation over in your case.
Have a great afternoon!
