Closed Captions not showing

Hi.

I've added an SRT file to my presentation but the captions aren't showing when I click the 'CC' button.

Does anyone have any idea why this might be?

I've browsed a number of similar posts but unfortunately none of the suggestions worked for me.

I've attached a one slide example along with the SRT file. I've also included the original TXT file that the SRT was created from as there's every possibility I have made an error when converting the TXT to an SRV.
