Closed captions not working
Hi, everyone!
I have some great news to share. We just released another update for Storyline 360. In Update 73, we’ve included important fixes and new features!
One new feature we’ve included:
Boost video accessibility by including closed captions when publishing projects as MP4 video files.
To take advantage of this update, launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer, and click the Update button next to Storyline 360. You'll find our step-by-step instructions here.
Please let me know if you need additional help!
Hi David, I think this is an outdated instruction. When the closed captioning feature was first released there was no caption edior in Storyline. You had to create the captions in a separate file and then import them into Storyline.
If you have added captions to your audio, you should be able to see the caption button when you preview or publish your course.
Yes Nancy, I agree that I should be able to see the captions :=]. They are
vsible in Preview as well as on Articulate Review. However, the CC option
is not available in the published MP4.

Ah, I don’t think the cc works with the MP4 output.
