Closed captions not working

Is anyone else experiencing closed captions not working in SL 360? I have my captions option checked in player, added CC for my audio but they just don't appear on the slide. I've added plenty of ...

    Hi, everyone!

    I have some great news to share. We just released another update for Storyline 360. In Update 73, we’ve included important fixes and new features!

    One new feature we’ve included:

    Boost video accessibility by including closed captions when publishing projects as MP4 video files.

    To take advantage of this update, launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer, and click the Update button next to Storyline 360. You'll find our step-by-step instructions here.

And I am having yet another variation - I have been adding CC just fine.  Now all of a sudden the auto play function when I click on the caption box has stopped.

I have tried playing them manually that doesn't work.

 

Also, I have uncovered a bug in SL, that when I replace audio - quite often the audio is present but won't play in preview.  Solution and workaround is to delete the audio and re-insert but then you lose the CCs. thought you should know.

 

Any suggestions why the cc has stopped working?
