Closed captions not working

Is anyone else experiencing closed captions not working in SL 360? I have my captions option checked in player, added CC for my audio but they just don't appear on the slide. I've added plenty of ...

    Hi, everyone!

    I have some great news to share. We just released another update for Storyline 360. In Update 73, we’ve included important fixes and new features!

    One new feature we’ve included:

    Boost video accessibility by including closed captions when publishing projects as MP4 video files.

    To take advantage of this update, launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer, and click the Update button next to Storyline 360. You'll find our step-by-step instructions here.

Hi Lindsey!

Sorry you've hit this snag! 

It would be helpful to take a look at your project with closed captions. Off the top of my head, I can't think of what would cause the autoplay function to stop. 

Would you mind sharing your file with us? You can do so by using the "add attachment" button in this discussion. Or you can share the file privately with our Support Engineers by using this link.

Also, thank you for bringing that bug to our attention. I'll take a look at that in the course too.
