Closed captions not working

I have some great news to share. We just released another update for Storyline 360. In Update 73, we’ve included important fixes and new features!
One new feature we’ve included:
Boost video accessibility by including closed captions when publishing projects as MP4 video files.
To take advantage of this update, launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer, and click the Update button next to Storyline 360. You'll find our step-by-step instructions here.

I, too, am running into problems with closed captions. Here's what I'm experiencing:
- Added a video and closed captions (compression: automatic)
- Published to Review - Auto compression caused the video to be blurry (video originally captured in a much bigger size than Slide Size) - CC's are displaying fine
- Adjusted video compression to None & republished to Review
- Video displaying fine, CC's not working
The interesting thing is - on first pass CC's don't work. When I move to a different slide (back/forward) and return to the video - CC's display as expected.
I am experiencing this in both Review and our LMS.
I submitted a ticket with Articulate Support, but would like to know if anyone has encountered an issue like mine, and what the workaround was.
