When I am finished building a course in storyline, I usually publish a Review 360 link for SME's to review/edit content within the course as needed. Recently a couple SME's have received the Review 360 link and the comment box has not been available for them even though the comment box was available when I sent it over. Has anyone had a similar issue and know how to resolve it?

There's a button near the upper right-hand corner that collapses the comment box and hides it from view. Please ask your SMEs to check if they may have accidentally clicked on this button.
Alternatively, you can also have them view the Review 360 link on a different browser to see if they encounter the same behavior. If they cannot see the comment box on all browsers, please ask them to take a screenshot of the issue and share it here so we can take a closer look at what's happening.
