Hello SupportAccount-! Thanks so much for the added context. We definitely want to help get this sorted out.
This isn’t a known issue in Review 360, so all the details you’ve shared are super helpful. Are there any common threads between the reviewers seeing comments disappear? I know Eric mentioned checking browsers and cache. Are they all using the same browser? And do you happen to know if anyone’s using a VPN?
Since we haven’t seen this reported widely or logged it as a bug yet, we don’t have a specific workaround to offer. But learning more will help us figure out what’s going on and how we can fix it.
Really appreciate you taking the time to dig into this with us.
Hi LaurenDuvall ,
Following up on this thread - we're unfortunately still encountering this critical issue 5 months later, which suggests this may be a systemic problem requiring deeper investigation.
Recent Case Study:
Last week: Reviewer completed comprehensive feedback session with 15+ detailed comments across multiple slides. All comments initially posted successfully but disappeared within 24 hours. None recoverable through resolved comments or export functionality.
Current Impact:
Critical client feedback continues to be lost without warning
Reviewers are losing confidence in the Review 360 platform
We're having to implement workarounds like asking reviewers to also send feedback via email as backup
Project timelines are being affected due to having to re-collect lost feedback
Questions:
Has this been escalated to a bug report or development ticket since this thread started 5 months ago?
What is the current status of investigating this issue?
Can we get a timeline for when a permanent fix might be available?
Is there any official workaround or alternative approach Articulate recommends while this is being resolved?
Given the 5+ month timeline and multiple user reports, would appreciate prioritized attention and transparent communication on resolution progress.
Looking forward to your update.
Best regards,
Charlotte & Katja
