Compatibility between Storyline 360 and older version
I need help restoring compatibility between Storyline 360 and an older version.
When I open a file (that has been edited in 360) in a previous version I get the message "This project won't open bec...
The first question I have is where these files stored on a cloud? Or were they stored on your hard drive? Cloud storage can do some strange thing to Articulate files.
Next do you have another person that can try to open one of these? It may be something with your computer. I have updated files from 5 years agon and never had this issue.
I would ask to see one and see if I can open it, but I know most people don't like to do that.
I would suggest putting in a help ticket. Articulate will ask for the files to check it.
